Enniscrone Beach

‘Enniscrone of the Sunsets’ is home to a fabulous golden beach which stretches for an amazing 5km. The beach offers walkers a safe and pleasant location to stretch those legs and breathe in the sea air, not to mention the perfect spot to indulge in a wide variety of water sports. If you walk the full stretch of the beach, until you reach the estuary of the River Moy, you will see Bartra Island.

Enniscrone Beach also has a hidden treasure called the ‘Valley Of Diamonds’; a volcano-like formation in the long-grassed sand dunes, the inside of which contains a steep, sandy valley. It is located near the end of the beach.
